Project Details
25,000sf new construction roofing project. The roof consists of a Carlisle 80mil TPO roof over 1/2" securerock ultralight glass mat coverboard, R42 insulation, and a self adhered vapor barrier. This roof will qualify for a 30 year warranty. With over 500 penetrations and more than 40% of the roof covered in a ballasted solar system, this project shows AMW's attention to detail on complex, detail-oriented projects.
